The Life-Giving Wounds® Workbook is a companion to the book Life-Giving Wounds: A Catholic Guide to Healing for Adult Children of Divorce or Separation (Ignatius Press, 2023).
The workbook expands on the content of the book by providing additional tools and resources such as reflection and discussion questions for each chapter, self-assessments, prayer practices, art, 18 helpful exercises, handouts, and more. These interactive resources will help users identify areas for healing from family wounds and better live the abundant life of joy Christ promises to all.
The workbook is designed for use both by individuals for personal reflection and growth, and by small groups to aid discussion and collaboration.
